I gonna explain this in really simple way (as far as i know)

Reality
So in the SCP universe, there is 2 seperated reality, the physical reality and the non-physical/ideatic reality. The physical reality is reality that made up of concrete physical matters, and so the non-physical reality is reality that made up of ideas and information, called Noosphere and Infosphere.

• The tree of knowledge
The tree is a structure that encompasing almost every sub-structure in the physical reality, including Yesod-many-faces (The Multiverse itself), alagadda, The Library, etch. Also the tree is a major structure in the Djoricverse (Author that wrote War of all creation tale/War of SK vs The brothers death).

• Noosphere
Reality that made up of set of all ideas, this ideas is type 1 Conceptual that govern every aspect in the physical reality. Within it, the noosphere also have 2 known sub-structure, the Human Noosphere and the Alien Noosphere. The Human Noosphere is Space of idea that containing every non-hostile idea and could be conceptualized by human,and so vice versa, the Alien Noosphere is Space of idea that containing every hostile idea that cannot be conceptualized by human, if a human try to conceptualizing an idea in the Alien Noopshere, this will resulting in antimemetic effect that causing memory wiped or potentially death.

• Infosphere
Reality that made up of set of all information and outside the Noosphere. Little known regarding the Infosphere, except for SCP-3125 that one of it inhabitants.

Narratives
Simply, this is a structure that made up of plot/causality and govern anything and everything happen in the Foundation world. Based of I.H. Pickman proposal, the Foundation Narrative is sapient and could act on its own.

The Narratives also have "hierarchy", where the higher Narrative could write over and controlling the lower Narrative at will. SCP-001 Swann is bunch of entity that responsible of anything happen in the Foundation world.
