How do i get permission to make a character profile?

I'm trying to add a few characters to the vs battle wiki who's verse isn't on there. The verse is called Planet Punch(the Adult Swim flash game). How do i get permission to make a profile?

It says i don't have permission even though they only cap at 3-A, possibly low 2-C

Nope, so long as it isn't Low 1-A and above (as far as I'm aware of the current rules) you can make it.

Whether or not it stays of course will depend on the profile maker properly citing claims, formatting and using clear and grammatically correct language in making the page.

what i really care about is making character profiles and fights on Death Battle Fanon(a place where you make fanmade Death Battles)
I beleive the only thing you need to do that is for your fandom account to be autoconfirmed. do i just have to wait?
