What speed is dodging an omnipresent attack?

Anyway, it's either that attack is not even an omnipresent attack or it's an outlier like the rest of that fiction

maybe he went NEP Type 2 to dodge it because even if the attack is omnipresent if the character doesn't exist in any literal sense it won't hit anything

or just a messed up BDE justification.

eitherway this sounds unusable and almost outlier tier

If he moved so fast that he broke the concept of speed and logic and dodged an spatio temporarily omnipresent attack i guess it is more hax rather then speed?

it's fiction bro.
Fiction is not an excuse to accept a very hyperbole statement like that. Like what, broke the concept of speed and logic?? What is the meaning of the context concept here???? Break logic, lmao by all mean character can move at speed of light onward is also considered as breaking the logic itself. So no
