About time manipulation and dimensions

Wouldn't a higher time manipulation would still effect you even you are higher-D since dimensions work like 6 layered space dimension+1(time) Making 7 dimensional thing meaning if you arent a low 1-A then good enough time manipulation would still screw you off?

Unless they are stated to be outside/beyond time and that's liteal then a high enough Tier/Dimension of Time Manipulation can affect anyone. So a Tier 5 can affect a Tier 1 if they have proof of stopping time to that extent.

You only immune to Time Manip if you are totally beyond the concept of space-time dimension, or literally tier 1-A and above with BDE. Tier below, you still get affected if the hax show the feat or being stated they capable of doing that. Still in some special case there is feat capable of time hax a 1-A and BDE guy though, but very rare

It should but higher dimensional entities are usually either too big to be affected in more than an infinitesimal aspect or are only partially affected since their bodies extend into more than the 3 dimensions we know.

So if it showcases the range necessary then yes, it will affect you.
