The entire multiverse is considered a "Universe." Thats what they call it, idk why the Author chose that. A single Spacetime continuum is simply called "Dimension." When the usage of the word "World" comes up it means something greater than dimensions vaguely but anyways moving on from that.
Past, future, and present are all different Dimensions.
Their is infinite snapshots of "the present moment" (aka infinite dimensions/spacetimes of the "present")
However, "The Present" is a period of time now occurring. Something a planck second ago would no longer be "The present" but instead be "the past." Thus there would be infinite dimensions/universes of that time frame and even those dimensions/spacetimes (Considered "The Past") are creating their own infinite amount of Spacetimes/Dimensions based around "their present moment" and so on.
however again, this is something that every dimensions/space time does. their every present moment including their past, and futures expand off into infinite dimensions/spacetimes.
This also includes every "Future Universe" creating their own infinite amount universes/dimensions/spacetimes based around their present moments with each universe creating its own multiverse from it.
all of these is contained inside "The Universe."
The question: So if every/all of the dimensions/spacetimes in all of past, present, and future is creating infinite universes/dimension/spacetimes/timelines of their "Present moments" shouldn't that create an uncountably infinite dimensions/spacetimes thus making the cosmology 5D?
