I mean, he obviously scales to Satan, who created a mini universe in base, also, he has the "closest power" to the God of his verse.

And also is as strong as his DKL Mode.

Shouldn't him be like Low 2-C?...,since we assume that the Universe has it's own Space-time continuoum.
