Seems like they might need a bump to 2-C after all, so you should probably hold off on the Low 2-C threads involving MLP. Just gimmie a few days to make the thread or something. I don't got the energy to pull one off right now. I need time to get motivated. Hate revision threads almost as much as versus ones, probably more.

Backscaling to 2-Cs means you're supposed to be 2-C, not Low 2-C. It's what Armor said, and what Bob said when I made a thread asking about it. Besides, I think the Elements of Harmony might be higher than baseline after thinking stuff over. Guess it's not the same as doing a half 2-C feat.

I think half 2-C is still legit to be Low 2-C. It seems to have been rejected every time it got brought up.
