is Chilvary of a failed knight High complex multiversal?

I heard people saying that ikki and stella are high complex multiverse level because scaling from nene who can warp calabi yau space or something.
 
does this manifold even meet the requirements of tier 1? Wiki says the dimensions are compact which would indicate they don't meet the standards? Even if it did, could this not just be hax potency?
 
Several things.

1: the dimensions being used here are wrapped around each other at the sub-atomic level and don't have the properties we look for in higher-dimensional structures. In real life, this sort of thing is argued because it means these dimensions have no effect on anything but specific fundamental forces, because otherwise there would be some fuckery going on.

2: not only is this never used on anyone who actually gets out of it, that would not even equate to scaling for obvious reasons.

3: it would not even be hax potency because these dimensions aren't applicable to our systems.
