If you knew that being 10 meters away from the center would reduce the values to 1/600th, how can you not know how to calculate it?

C) They tanked it from some distance.

It's easy to find where King and the rest were right before the exlosion began.

No. The distance between the characters and explosion itself. Not the size of the explosion.

But that panel shows they were very far away.

The attack exploded at the center so just the portion King tanked didn't make the whole crater as he and the sins he shielded were only next to some part of the crater.

Because most of it was absorbed it was still a continental destroying attack and a potion of continental is county level that's how I interperate it.

So you're saying Zeldris' words are headcanon? You do realize he is a character who was actually there to see everything, right?

I'm not saying the sins didn't tank anything. They tanked shockwaves but not the actual energy of the attack. That only hit the Demon King as Zeldris stated.


I'll put it in an easy to understand manner, as Antvasima likes to say.

1. The energy of the attack at the base only hit the area that encompassed the lake because:

• Zeldris stated it.
• We see the chasm around the lake which marks where the energy of the attack at the base of the explosion was.

2. King and the sins only tanked shockwaves because:

• They were outside the chasm which marks where the energy of the attack at the base of the explosion was.
• Elizabeth, Gelda and Zeldris, who were also close to the attack (like King and the other sins) are shown to only take shockwaves once the attack hits.
