Destroying/Downgrading Aspatio-Temporal Dimension

What do you think the tier of this character if he is capable of destroying/affecting multiple Aspatio-temporal dimensions? or just even one Aspatio-temporal dimension down to conceptual level?

For me destroying one is a 1-A feat, while affecting multiple ones is a High 1-A feat, but I also think that it's just above 1-A baseline and not High 1-A

but it means the character can't create anything there right? Well the character can create 1 from 0 on that place, is it still 11-C? as far as I know 11-C's can't interact anything, even destroying/creating concepts at all
Creating 1 from 0 in my mind isn't a feat. Unless the structure in question has some actual physical properties or some contextual connection to physical structures it's an 11-C feat

If you're talking about the things that will be created there will be true and not an illusion, yes it is. It can create or destroy reality there at the same time.

Think of it as a sandbox. You create a living person there, they appear. If you don't like it, erase it from existence, and they will be gone forever.

But if said space can contain physical realities how is it aspatio atemporal?

yes it's quite weird too. because it's even where the dimensions on the story came from, or where everything came from. Even there no such thing as concepts, the main character and the other one who is with hin can hear physical sound and feel physical gap, even the concept of space and sound didn't exist.

this is the line:

"He tried to sense his surrounding environment, although
technically, the concept of "surroundings" did not exist" it clearly stated here that the concept of the surroundings doesn't exist.

afterwards, the mc can sense a physical gap. here's the line:

"Then, all of a sudden, Zen sensed a gap appearing before him.
He thought that it should be just an illusion since neither physical body
nor soul existed here. Their consciousness was the only thing left. Thus,
how could he be physically aware of this gap?
For him, it was such an incredible sensation."

they can utilize something w/o the existence of concept tho. so this dimension/world is indeed abstract and nonesensical on general perspective.

Sorry my analysis is wrong. the place where concept doesn't exist is called "Point of Origin"

and the place which i'm referring to is called "Perfect Land" (i'm really, really sorry I got confused, i'm new to power scaling so IDK much of the scaling)

It says that Point of Origin and Perfect Place shares the common origin, but it's different at all. While Point of Origin was devoid of any concepts, the Perfect Land has the concept of Space, Time, Light and Sound only. So here's the weird part. anything that is created there is considered as "false, strange, and fake". In my own understanding everything created there is considered as "unreal". So the mc downgraded it, erasing the perfect land up to conceptual and existential level, downgrading the verse up to 5th grade world. So basically he needs to downgrade "Perfecf Land" so anything he creates is considered "real" as creating something in the Perfect Land is considered as "unreal", but the perfect land is still perfect land, but downgraded.

I'm also confused how to scale Perfect Land, but obviously the "Point of Origin" is a Aspatio-Temporal for me...

It's just a mental world according to your quote.

no. I already corrected my statement above and it isn't a mental world at all. Basically the Perfect Land can be recreated inside the MC's consiousness and can even use it as "subjective reality" to other's cognition, but the Perfect Land i'm referring to is the real deal. it's the Perfect Land nor existed from his mind but to the outside of his existence.
