Since we're at it, why don't we talk about the Sokovia feat too? Cal was about to make the argument that Thor actually should scale to the destruction of the city since the energy was contributed by him, what the spine bullshit did was only to spread it to cover the entire landmass.

Regardless of that, should pre-Awakening Thor and co be upgraded to 7-A anyway from the Jotunheim feat?

If that feat is 7-A, I don't see any issue with it, considering the feat currently scaling them to 7-B (destroying Leviathans that can tank 200 petawatt lasers) didn't seem to take much effort on Thor or Hulk's parts.

Iirc pre Ragnarok hulk and Thor tiers were City+ but everyone who scales were downgraded to just City outside of vision ultron sources and Ragnarok hulk
