He never did this, even if he had done so once or a few times just pointing him out to do that over everything he can do is a very incomplete reason for him to win as it's extremely poor statistically, and magic's tier being 3-A means he can't wish for Low 2-C things.

if we use timmys magic key?
aren't some of the abilities in his magic key come from optional equipment.
(but we're not using optional equipment so do we still use them or no?)
example:
it says in his w/ fairy magic key
Damage Transferal & Body Puppetry with You Doo dolls (Should also be able to access those powers with magic),
but aren't those in his optional equipment thing?
so how are we going to do this if yoo doo dolls are optional equipment yet their powers are in his w/ fairy magic key
also if we use fairy versery key.
do we assume he still has his fairies?

Universe level with magical items (Matched several blows from Crocker with his scepter. Magic can hardly affect magical items). Regeneration makes him difficult to kill

what are your thoughts eficiente.
i mean she has void manipulation but it requires touch.
and timmy still has things that can get rid of usagi.
they are 15ft away.
so do you have a final conclusion or not yet?

since with void manipulation and teleport people to her. (that's a dangerous mix)

She doesn't need to touch for void manipulation. Her attacks are all ranged based.

That doesn't exist. Keys are shown below the stats on profiles, the "Magic" part of his Powers & Abilities shows what he can do with magic.
You should think how would Timmy would get that w/o his optional equipment, the answer is by magic, and wouldn't you know it he can just wish for those things, and his profile points out how he can create or summon them in the "Can create/summon" part of his Standard Equipment, as he did in the episodes where those things showed up.
No. Timmy doesn't have a win-con in that key.

Turbo timmy can now
His powers by himself, gains on his own the following powers: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Regeneration (Low. Quickly recovered from the visible damage he got when having his powers bestowed. Comparable to Turbo Thunder, who regained his muscles from a weakened state after eating some food), Self-Sustenance (Type 1), Flight & Spaceflight, Electricity Manipulation, likely the same powers as Turbo Thunder, who bestowed his "powers of thunder" to Timmy, this would add Longevity, Teleportation, Telekinesis and Forcefield Creation
Universe level with Magic protection. Regeneration & Healing from his Fairies makes him difficult to kill
