Shinsoo, even water shinsoo, on the other hand, is generated by...well...the tower i guess? it could be an axis field which is a whole nother story.

Basically

Rivers, lakes, seas and bath water in OP come from the ocean

Shinsoo and water shinsoo are either generated by the person themselves or the tower...or whatever god is beyond that.

damn that means that like ToG and OP characters aren't battle compatible.
