Small Upgrade in boruto about Speed

We also know naruto is Relativistic speed in base, even when he is weakened & unable to use both chakras.

naruto and sasuke, their speed is equal (except baryon mode)

when sasuke fought against shin, at that time he was weak but not as weak as naruto in the novel. so i personally put sasuke on Relativistic (because it uses spacetime ninjutsu).

shin should be Relativistic for his speed.

Base sakura is able to fight shin, byakugo does not add speed but strength (cannot be used). Sakura should be Relativistic.

The kages are also capable of fighting the otsutsuki, at least they are Relativistic.

he weakened in the novel, due to not being able to use his chakra and Kurama's chakra, due to using Kurama's chakra for too long, this also happened to Hagoromo.

I definitely agree, sakuras current speed doesn't really make sense since tsunade is stronger than chiyo who fought hanzo(many times) in the past and hanzo fought and defeated mifune who's capable of using issen which is accepted as SOL although for some reason they didn't make him SOL in base on the wiki only using kuramas chakra since he only uses issen while cloaked. And the kage should also be upgraded
