As mentioned above it'll be corruption (type 2) however there's a CRT IIRC that may add conversion as a power which is word for word converting people into vamps, were-beasts, etc.

I dunno what became of that CRT tbh.

Found the CRT it seems the general consensus was to add conversion as a subclass of transmutation, so actually the power in question is technically transmutation not corruption (depending on the context), MB.
