There's a difference between a light shirt and an outfit clearly designed for the chimp compared to relatively cumbersome armor.Chimpanzees torso's are definitely large enough to wear military armor

Yes I have. A chimpanzee cannot use weaponry, and there's no armor on earth that it can wear comfortably, but even if that was the case, it doesn't change the fact that Caesar is a much better fighter.
