So Knights of the Round was accepted as Multi Galaxy. This crt is part 1 of a cast revision due to this. This part will be strictly Sephiroth only. This is for his second and third key.
Scaling To Knights
Post Lifestream
PS Sephiroth scales to Knights for a few reasons:
So it doesnt hurt to refresh, but the power Cloud plans to borrow to stop sephiroth includes the creation of the Master Summon Materia, of which Knights of the Round is included, amongst all the other weaker summons.
Also, Knights of the Round Table being one of the strongest summon isn't an outlier simply because it's a naturally formed materia. The materia we use in-game, are mass produced and massively weaker variants of the Cetra's magic, and not natural byproducts of the lifestream.
It is why Sephiroth is largely resistant to materia, and simultaneously has the strongest magic/is the strongest in the verse.
This leads into the Ai Script:
Only 5 AI Scripts in the game acknowledge the usage of Knights of the Round having occurred at some point in the same battle or one preceeding it.
Those are Emerald WEAPON (counterattacks with Air Tam Storm), Ruby WEAPON (counterattacks with Ultima), Jenova SYNTHESIS, Bizzaro Sephiroth (use against Jenova SYNTHESIS increases its HP; if used on Jenova, it stands to reason it'd be used here too hence the increase in HP), and Safer Sephiroth (use against Jenova SYNTHESIS increases its HP; if used on Jenova, it stands to reason it'd be used here too hence the increase in HP).
Ergo, its fair game to suggest they were employed in all 5 battles in relation to character durability whereas other characters obviously possess no such reference or canonical reason for it possibly appearing in the fight.
In gameplay, sephiroth can also survive a usage of knights of the round.
Here and here, Safer Sephiroth endures the entirety of the Knights of the Round's "Ultimate End".
Here and here, Bizzaro Sephiroth endures the entirety of the Knights of the Round's "Ultimate End".
Holy and Meteor
Sephiroth also shows this level of power as well, being shown to suppress holy, which is on par with meteor.
Here, Holy is the Ultimate White Magic that has a chance to act as counter to the Ultimate Black Magic Meteor. Meteor, WEAPON, or even the humans living on the Planet might disappear if Holy is summoned. Here, Sephiroth is holding back Holy from doing its job after Aerith successfully summoned it.
Here and here, Sephiroth's telekinesis hammers Cloud and friends with overwhelming power while he simultaneously keeps Holy at bay with his Will. The Party seems to overcome his telekinetic pressure/hold in order to initiate combat.
Accolades for Holy and meteor's power:
Holy:
The White Materia: Holy** (005.3B)
The only means of opposing Meteor, the Ultimate White Magic was passed down amongst the Ancients. It is said that when an Ancient learns of Holy in the Forgotten Capital, prays at the water altar and their mind then links to the Planet, Holy is thereby put into operation. Passed down through the Ancients' generations, the White Materia came to Aerith from her mother, Ifalna, and she kept it hidden in a ribbon in her hair. How exactly Holy applies its power once invoked and in operation is not definite. It is simply known that "all that is bad for the Planet will disappear."

As evidence of the Planet accepting Aerith's prayer, the White Materia laying on the water bed shines a pale green color. However, Holy's movement was being held back by the wicked will of Sephiroth, who had called Meteor.
Final Fantasy VII Ultimania Omega p214-215
Meteor was destroyed directly above Midgar and the Planet escaped destruction. It was the power of the Lifestream bursting out of the Planet that saved it. That very moment when the powerful Ultimate White Magic “Holy” won against the equally powerful Ultimate Black Magic “Meteor”, people could only think of it as the Planet protecting itself and didn’t know how much effort Cloud and his party had put in to help.
OTWTAS: The Case of Shinra
Meteor:
The Black Materia: Meteor** (005.3A)
It is the Ultimate Destructive Magic; it calls to planets [-- meaning meteor-like rocks --] drifting in outer space and pulls them down to the Planet. It was one of the magicks given to the Ancients, but due to it harnessing enough power to destroy the Planet itself, the Ancients feared it could prove dangerous and sealed it away by their own hands. After falling into the Lifestream, Sephiroth learned of Meteor from the Cetra's firsthand knowledge of it, and set into motion a plan to gain mastery over the life of the Planet.
(Accompanying screenshot caption)
When the Planet is hurt, the spiritual energy that is the Planet's very life will automatically gather in that spot. Sephiroth planned to make use of this by intentionally harming the Planet and gaining dominance over its energy.
Final Fantasy VII Ultimania Omega p214-21
Further confirmation Sephiroth suppressed holy from the novels:
Not an outlier
Sephiroth currently has a 3-C from being able to destroy his entire space with Supernova. However, the milky way galaxy is minuscule in comparison to the entire dimensional space.
(please ignore the pixels on the first image)
The space also has what seems to be an irregular galaxy as well
Supernova should be at least 3-c, possibly 3-b given this.
More Consistency
Jenova was considered a greater threat by the planet than Zirconaide (the strongest summon), as it produced more weapons to deal with Jenova than it did with it. this currently reflected on Jenova's page:
https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Jenova
Tldr:
Sephiroth is shown both by narrative gameplay and feats to be either comparable if not above knights of the round, which is narratively consistent with jenova.
Post lifestream sephiroth should get 3b on his ap section.
Advent Children:
This one is really easy. Sephiroth's page already has the interview establishing as the strongest character in the verse in AC, which would upscale him above Knights of the round.
