Jinka is the creator of the technique (He molded it himself), and he is uncertain if the concept of time exist in the dimension that was opened as a consequence of the Tail of nothingness. We have indications that space should not exist in this dimension, since the background around it is completely white, indicating the lack of it. The author of the technique (Jinka) was not sure if the concept of time existed or not within nullity, I believe that at least we can classify this as a possibility.

That's not a really good point to indicate that there's no space in the nothingness just from the background of the manga alone. You need at least a statement to prove it otherwise its just your headcanon.
