Remove Chibaku Tensei as Lifting Strenght

1. The user isn't lifting anything, he just create an sphere (like Nagato and Madara) or select a target to become the center (Sasuke, Sasuke&Naruto) and the gravitational attraction does the rest by attracting rocks and whanot.

2. While the Chibaku Tensei can be controlled by TK (Madara, Sasuke and Hagomoro), CT gets suspended in the air because of gravity opposing the earth. They don't lift the thing, only move and they can only do it with their CT, so it's not combat applicable.

While that's not used for Naruto and Sasuke, it's used for Nagato and Madara.

At least Class G (Comparable to Sage Mode Naruto), Class T with Chibaku Tensei

At least Class T, Class Z with Telekinesis (Superior to Toneri who moved the moon with Telekinesis and Naruto and Sasuke who moved a moon via Six Paths Chibaku Tensei)

Nagato's rating should be removed, and Madara's too. There is nothing saying his lifiting strenght is greater than Toneri's (who uses a completely different source of power to move the moon) and same for Naruto and Sasuke. It should be removed.

I find myself agreeing to this, Chibaku Tensei is AP, not Lifting Strength, as they aren't actually touching the moon's surface with their bare hands.

It was probably assumed because Madara's Dojutsu and Sasuke's is stronger than Toneri's Tenseigan, it was implied that he was moving the Moon due to his power, not unrelated to power abilities.

I think that this is a fair argument. The user isn't putting in the work personally to lift each piece of rubble up to the CT; the gravity is just attracting them in.

I'm okay with those ratings being removed.

Shouldn't they still keep the rating for their TK though? At least the ones who have shown the ability to control their CT with Telekinesis after it's been formed like Sasuke, Hagoromo, and Madara?
I'm neutral on this, just curious what you guys think.
Also, in any case, yeah I don't see why anyone should scale to Toneri's TK in particular. It's a completely different ability by a completely different Dojutsu, used by a completely different character. I don't see any correlation, so the Rinnegan users should only scale to their own CT feats anyway.

I don't see the issue with scaling people from Toneri, he doesn't have a special technique for moving the Moon, he uses the power of his Tenseigan, Hamura was also stated to have enough power to move the Moon, just like Hagoromo.

I think, all of them have TK since they can move objects both on Earth and in Space, not just suspend them in the air in one place with Gravity. Moving the Moon is heavily implied to be related to Dojutsu powers. Sasuke, Madara and others have stronger Dojutsu by simply scaling above him with their techniques, they should all scale above Toneri. Tenseigan that moved the Moon prior to Toneri's own Tenseigan was just a sphere full of Byakugans of some fodders.

I'm okay with Nagato. Not entirely sure for Naruto because he overpowered the gravitational pull. People who move them with TK are probably fine to stay.
