Actually do we consider Soulfire Darkseid alone to be comparable to The Source? I know his profile says not to scale him to it since Grant Morrison apparently retconned it to it not being The Source.
But I was reading through Death of The New Gods, and from what I can tell from reading the last issue it's actually implied that The Source didn't even try against Darkseid as he gave Orion the same Soulfire amp as Darkseid had it and later he basically tells Superman "yeah I intentionally let all this stuff happen so I can destroy New Genesis and Apokolips". If there's other statements of Darkseid scaling to The Source then it doesn't matter, but in this case I think that he shouldn't be scaled to it.
