So this is an ANTI revision.
The RtZ having infinite speed is not derived from it happening in a timeless void. It comes from JOJO-A-GO-GO which states clearly that "The ability of "Requiem" selected by "Arrow" is impossible to compare with the existing Stand and measuring rod. Even Giorno, the main body, doesn't care about the power that makes all willpower go away." This includes Made in Heaven, who has Infinite speed.
