Darkai Low Godly regen / Resurrection

In the rise of Darkrai movie Palkia and Dialga (one of them) managed to completely erase Darkrai from existence as seen here :



But yet in the end of the movie he just appeared out of nowhere as seen here :



Considering that we've clearly seen Darkrai being reduced into nothing and then he was able to come back in the end of the movie without further context then it's very safe to assume that Darkrai should either have Resurrection or Low Godly regen.

If I recall, Darkrai was sent to the shadow realm, that is true, but it was Palkia that brought him back (along with everything else).
So it wouldnt be a feat for Darkrai but a feat for Palkia being able to bring things back from nonexistence or whatever.

He was clearly getting erased it's literally the same erasure effect that was passively reducing buildings into nothing

Yeah? He did get erased. That is true.
What I'm saying is that he wasn't brought back at the end due to regen, res or anything of that kind, but because Palkia brought him back, along with everything else that was deleted.

Also give Palkia some passive environmental EE and some EE effects on its attacks if it doesnt already have that.

I've seen the movie 2 times and it's not stated or implied anywhere that Palkia braught him back tho

Ash asks Palkia to bring back everything and change everything back to the way it was (iir it was when they played Oracion). Palkia proceeds to do exactly that, bringing back everything that was deleted and putting Alamos back to where it belongs and so on and so forth. If Palkia brought back the vast majority of the city, objects and everything else that was deleted, why wouldnt Palkia also bring back Darkrai that suffered the same fate?

Like best case scenario it's just a possibly, but even then I'm not so sure, we know Palkia brought back the things the got deleted at least, and Darkrai was deleted.
I'm neutral I guess if we want to say "possibly", but flat out isn't exactly true.

Also EE on basically all his attacks. And the ability to effect things that don't exist (maybe).
