Is dreaming proportional to intelligence?

Yeah, that's more so an AP or range feat; not an intelligence feat.

It doesn't take a lot of actual intellect on someone's part to imagine something, and then create it because he/she has the ability to do so.

Unless he/she created it by not just imagining it, but created and assembled the object from the individual pieces and parts that make up said object and somehow assembled it in a way that makes said object work a specific way.

To your specific question no
Thats more likely a AP or range or ability to create something that doesn't actually mean you are are intelligent

But to this question "dreaming proportional to intelligence?"
Well its complicated
In recent studies & according to scientists people who dream featuring REM sleep in which dreams are most vivid they performed better on creativity
Also sometimes imaging A complex structure or model or dreaming about it Shows Signs of intelligence
For example lets say if you dream about a complex futuristic technology model Its more likely an intelligence feat
Also many experts consider daydreaming sometimes as a sign of intelligence

When you said intelligence did you mean how it's hard for humans to comprehend something that big.
if so it could be an intelligence feat since humans can't fully comprehend the universe or even comprehend something as big as the earth I don't think.

Nope, I can be an idiot and I can imagine stuff
This, for imagining objects that are simple to imagine (you need to know what the object that you are imagining looks like though)

If an object is hard to visualize or has details not immediately visible to the human eye, it takes a bit more brain power to imagine.

I can comprehend the earth just fine. And creating the universe wouldn't need one to know all its properties if he can just create stuff on a whim.

I dont know how to explain it. I meant like fully understand it we can take short cuts and imagine what the earth looks like bu we can't comprehend everything in the earth or on the earth......................

aww forget I don't know how to say it.

You mean visualize every single part of the earth at once? Yeah, that'd be hard but it's almost never necessary when it comes to creation feats.

I know i was just explaining how you could think of that as an intelligence feat

Edit: I never assumed this was about creation.

Case-by-case basis.
Like, creation feats usually doesn't require much intelligence because they just induce or basically wish things to existence. Same as imagining things within your mind. Details are usually glossed over, most of them purely from a visual or idea standpoint, if that makes sense.
But with some of the situations you said then yeah it could count as intelligence. I think there are characters who are capable of creating (or imagining) things with the smallest detail within their minds.
But yeah it's not always the case. I won a war as a Navy Fleet Commander once in my dreams.

did I miss something why is everyone assuming Akuto is talking about a creation feat

It's just a relation, I think. By imagining, you're creating something within your imagination. At least that's the context with my comment. Should make that more clear.
