After receiving the all clear, Jordyn heads in, and teleports some of the debris into the valve, trying to block it off without breaking it

Hearing somewhat what happened, Ali would hurry to where the woman is being fought. He quickly, yet quietly makes his way. He then stomps hard on the floor, sennding Hamon through the ground to try and attack her.

“Sure, although we could unlock the doors while inside. Dunno if that would be wise though, if they are stand users they might be useful to us although on the other hand I know personally that babysitting is a bore” Jeremy replies to Jordyn before being teleported.
He repeats the process in a new cell, making sure to cover his mouth and nostrils this time, restricting his ability to breathe while in the cells but being effective for obvious reasons.

Sam follows right after Francesca, so that her stand will provide cover for him too.
Meanwhile Jailbreak dashes fowards while moving a bit to the side as it then calls back it's sword, with the weapon's return trajectory passing through the gunner because of the movement the stand did.

Jeremy and Jordyn are successful in fixing the gas problem within the first cell. The person chained is on the ground, unresponsive though seemingly fine.
They have similar success in the second cell. There is a woman there who slowly raises herself to her feet as the gas recedes.
"Thank you!" she exclaims. "Thank you so much! It's been so long since I've even seen people! It's been so long since..."
The woman turns around to reveal a pale, dried face, with sunken-in yellow predatory eyes. As she speaks fangs are clearly visible in her mouth.
"It's been so long since I've been fed something ******* fresh!"

The cowgirl avoids the Hamon stomp ripple.
"******' Hell! Alright! That's it! Toulouse!" the woman exclaims as she shoots at Francesca's barrier.
A rather large dog throws himself out of nowhere on Sam. Upon a closer look it appears to be a bulldog, though Sam doesn't have much time to tell anything else as he begins to be incessantly licked.

Staying Power just taps the dog, applying stasis to it and Francesca continues to advance towards the woman, aiming to do the same to her.

The dog is frozen onto Sam's body. It is mildly uncomfortable for him to move. It still has an expression of joy on it's face.

Ali simply grabs a couple of knives from his pocket, and displays them, in between his fingers, as he infuses them with hamon. He leaps and throws them towards the ground, instead of stabbing the ground, they start ricocheting, heading towards the woman, but trying to avoid lethal spots.

"Right, uhh, it was nice meeting you ma'am, but swearing isn't nice, so no meal for you." Jordyn says, attempting to quickly teleport Jeremy and herself out of that cell

The Stand just moves the shield it was holding to intercept it from there, as Francesca runs closer to the woman to intercept her and place her in Staying Power's range, but avoiding the path the knives seem to be taking. If any of the knives come at her, she'd stasis herself briefly.

The woman throws herself off the wall, shooting all the knives out of the air, while dragging her clip across the ceiling, refilling the weapons.
"Sorry hunky, but I'm the best sharpshooter you'll see in your life. Those knives were so sloppy I could've fired with my teeth and still hit 'em," she says cockily. She lands on the ground with a roll, stopping in a crouch position, and aims for Francesca's legs, who is now several meters ahead of her.

Ali quickly stomps three times, enfusing his boots with Hamon, making small waves of Hamon that travel along the floor, as he decides to impulse himself forwards using his feet, trying to cross the distance to get really close.

"Absolutely not, they could be a potential flight risk as well, we can check if the people in other cells are also like that lady from the second one, after we finish clearing the gas." She says, sending him into the next cell to clear it too, and sending Julian into one (if he was still doing that)
and hoping they didn't have vampires in 2/3 cells

While Francesca's own body couldn't dodge bullets, her Stand certainly could, the Stand threw her towards the woman with a decent bit of force, causing her to lunge towards the cowgirl, and, as her legs were off the ground, the bullets would miss.
But, this wasn't all. Francesca figured that the woman would just shoot back at her once she did this, so as she lunged, she froze herself in place for a brief period of time, to throw off the woman's timing, and then released the freeze, closing in with Staying Power for a punch with its fist.

The woman jumps back, avoiding the Hamon impacts and anticipating some kind of trick, also the two people charging at her, though a brief look on her face tells Francesca and Ali and something is up.
Without warning she throws her pistol to the ground and raises both hands in a gesture of surrender.
"Alright, I give up. You win."

Francesca didn't trust this, but it didn't exactly matter, as she was already flying at the woman and about to tackle her and have her Stand place her into stasis.
So she did just that, and would catch herself afterwards once the impact happened.

@Paul_Frank @Tago238 You find that all the cells are full of undead abominations closer or further from the state of starvation the woman was in.
They also smell quite badly.
