Webby fights Mabel and kills her. Dipper is there, tries to run but fails and is forced to fight.

Dipper doesn't have his Memory Erasing Gun.

Webby: 0
 
With speed unequalized, I feel Webby would be too quick for Dipper, thus he wouldn't have a chance to use his size manipulating flashlight to shrink Webby, so I give it to Webby.

Her speed is only listed as athlete level/POSSIBLY superhuman,anyone can deal with that.
 
Her speed is Peak Human. Besides, even at a small size, I feel Webby could handle targets bigger than she is.
 
Duck Mabel should win depending on what equipment Dipper has. Most things would grant him the win though. Bare-bones Dipper gets killed though being overpowered.
 
True, however, Webby does have her own arsenal of equipment, such as a whip and grappling hook which /could/ show some significance in increasing her chance in winning.
 
.. You know, looking at this now, this is kind of a stomp in the favor of Webby. Dipper is only a normal human as Webby has superhuman characteristics, sure Dipp has his equipment, but would that really do any good for him?
 
Superhuman Physical Characteristics or not, I wouldn't consider this a stomp seeing her stats.
