...you do realize spongebob is only wall level right? The magic book is the only way he would have a chance.
 
And even with the paper, the difference in power is so huge that even a simple ki blast from Goku would atomize Spongebob in a level that he couldn't regenerate from.
 
Cosmo and Wanda shouldn't to be Universe level honestly. I mean what even is the reason they're rated as that?
 
Timmy Jimmy power hour's antagonist was destroying both universes simultaneously.... Another tier 2-C that has yet o be added. We also forgot about Foop with Amp , Poof ( capable of holding his own against Foop w/Amp ) , The Darkness, Denzel Crock in the crossover game , , etcetc I can go all day.

Also Spongebob via above reasons .
