To commemorate the upgrade of Oga,let him fight another protagonist of the Shonen jump

Luffy can`t use gear fourth (he could use it when i create the thread,now is not possible for recent upgrades)

Luffy via precog, experience, better stamina, resistance to lightning manipulation and his AP and Durability advantage ( 645 Gigatons or higher for Luffy vs Tatsumi's 410 gigatons )

Oga, It should be noted that the two gigatons is actually Fuji, and considering Oga not only managed to overpower him but blew him across the planet it should be greater.

However Luffy does have better experience and precog, but Oga is a better fighter.

And how is Oga the better figher? I'm pretty sure that doesn't change much, as far as I'm aware Luffy still holds the edge in AP and Durability.
 
He is. He's defeated multiple skilled martial artist whithout the help of Beel. Case being; Kunieda who actually managed to destroy a wall. Its has almost as much experience fighting against thugs. He also had greater stamina, because two of his techniques (Father Switch and Annihilation Energy) are basically attempts to help conserve Oga's stamina and energy while still bringing out his full power essentially recycling his energy. Meanwhile Luffy's Gear 4 tires him out and if I remeber correct from the fight against Doflamingo he can only use it for 10mins?
 
Bringing up a character who's able to destroy a wall is pretty irrelevant here. Luffy has also defeated his fair share of skilled fighters so I still need more proof of Oga being the better fighter.

Now for the second part of your argument, those are fair points and yes Luffy's gear forth only last 10 minutes but that's all he needs to finish Oga. The majority of his attacks ( Physical one's ) would be reflected due to Luffy's rubber body as seen with Doflamingo, his precog also comes in handy here albeit it's limited but my point still stands. That along with the difference in AP and Durability gives Luffy the win here.
 
The majority of Oga's attacks are not physical ones. Toujou yes, but Its used mainly Explosive spells and the zebub blast. Now admittedly Luffy will be immune to any of his lightning/electric attacks, but the Annihilation Energy, Zebub Emblem, Black Techs and the Zebub Finishes are his his main attack methods. His physical attacks are supplimented with explosive spells anyway.

One Reason, I forgot about this actually, is that Oga can actually increase his power depending on the amount of milk he drinks. Tha exact increase is quite shaky but it does greatly increase his power. Of could it still has limits, but it is a big factor in determining the outcome of this fight.
