Possible Upgrade for Tom Cat?

In the Tom and Jerry (2017), Tom manages to absorb humongous ammounts of electricity then releasing it in a kamehameha style blast on an asteroid, im not sure how large the asteroid was but at one of the shots it looks like about the size of a tank or far more larger, because earlier in an episode, a tophat with a laser gun, destroys an asteroid the size of a tank with a single shot.
 
Not sure though, i only saw it on television once, but i can confirm this is from the 2017 Tom and Jerry

Ok, if the feat is evalueted and ok, i will add it to only Tom Tier and Ap along with Absorption, Minor Resistance to Electricity and Energy Projection abilities.

I remember that it happened, though i don't remember the season and episode, but Darkanine likely knows it since he mentioned it. The explosion was in the town level range.
 
I mentioned the white mouse feat above, which is listed alongside the new one. So, this is resolved.
