Sans due to CH having zero actual powers to even things out. Literally the only way CH can win against Sans is through speed, and that's been equalized here.

This seems like a stomp. Without any weapons and with no way to counter teleportation, it is impossible for CH to win here. If he gets near, Sans can just teleport away. With his extremely high skill he can hold on for a while, but ultimately he has no way to win, and loses eventually no matter what.

durability negation would let sans win, like, they would split back into composite human, which cannot harm sans, let alone teleportation
