Acnologia Upgrade Continent level!?

It happen in the new chapter 539 that's not been translated yet. After Acnologia ate a dimension made of time and space to get out. He got time magic upgrade too.
 
It is far from being what you raise. Firstly because the biggest explosions created do not far exceed the size of Acnologia so it does not make sense that those of the distance are thousands of times bigger and secondly I seem to misinterpret the image, the blue and green line that Mark is not an explosion but the flashes of light that the explosions provoke and that illuminate the sky.In addition to the illogical appearance of curvature in that image, as I saw calculations, the planet of Fairy Tail was 3.5 times bigger than our planet at what height do you think it would have to ascend to notice a curvature like that of your image? The interpretation given to the feat is not valid.
 
While I have no real idea just how high this feat is, I will say the notion that the explosions aren't as large as Acnologia is ridiculous, even some of the smallest explosions show to be taking out city blocks and the larger ones seem to be at least into the island level range
 
Acnologia did got a power boost from the dimension and Mavis. His feat is accurated. He claimed to had regain the power he once had.
 
The feat may not be Continent level, but is at least Country level back up by his statement as well.

Apparently you misunderstood for some reason, I did not say that the explosions were not bigger than Acnologia, at first glance you notice that they are, I said that they are not much bigger than him and that can be seen with the naked eye too, those explosions are not hundreds or thousands of times the.

It's not that I mistrust your intuition about the size of anything by simply looking like that, but to make it island level or whatever it is, show a correct calculation about it to prove it.
 
If you look closely on the panle you'll notice that the explosions aren't on the horizon and there are mountains behind them so scaling them to the curvature is a really bad thing to do.

Where do you see cities on that photo yet he is destroying the cities as well not to mention that photo clearly doesn't show all the damage he is doing.
 
Sadly, no horizon was seen. But Acno did tear open a portal in time...somehow.... I guess "Because he's Acno" will become a thing soon.

He ate his way through it. Buu screamed his way out of a dimension, he's eating his way out.
 
"Because he's Acnologia" I can live with that honestly.

But that aside Gwyn has said that using the curvature of the planet is a no go- fair enough. But it shouldn't be forgotten that the attack definitely didn't just stop at the shore line, they managed to reach cities or at least a city.
 
Well he will not get an upgrade but he did attack the entire fiore and even the sea and islands whether people accept that or not lol.

Also multiple people on the comments of the two calcs agree that the curvature here shouldn't be used.
 
@apple he won't get an upgrade because there is no correct way to calculate this unless some genius comes out with a solution I mean there some people that have amazing skills in this ambient, but I highly doubt it can help and even if it's calculated people will just say we have to use every explosion separately and again I don't see how can the be wrong...
 
We do have 2 craters, but unfortunately they are of 2 of the smaller explosions apparently, I imagine extrapolating them to the larger explosions would be the wrong way to go about this

But is already calculated. I'll say we wait for more feats. Fairy Tail is ending in 7 chapters. An admin can close this thread.

Of course not. Now to figure out the range of attack we would need to know how far away in the sea are they cause his attack obviously reached the town Erza and Irene fought at forgot the name and most probably Magnolia, but if we wait next chapters we might see if his attack hit magnolia.
