I believe that Ryuko's superior strength (going by the calcs they're 6-B from), considerably higher range and massive stamina would give her an eventual range, with DK's fighting abilities, versitality and somewhat similar powers giving her some trouble at first.
 
Can't believe I'm saying this, but Ryuko due to her regen. DK only has blunt force, some explosions and some elemental manipulation, which is not gonna put Ryuko down
 
DK picks her up and carries her offstage and SDs, killing them both, Inconclusive
