Scenario:

In-Character

Win by Death
 
Sans couldn't beat the Terrarian. While the Cultist isn't exactly the same, the sheer amount of danmaku, clones and the fact that he summons like five things if he dies would likely grant him the win.
 
Lunatic cultist. His danmaku is too much for Sans. Even if he somehow dies, the moon lord can definitely kill sans.
 
The Moon Lord is not showing up if cultist dies for the same reason ZeedMIlleniumon doesn't show up is MoonMilleniumon dies

Well, either way I think that the Lunatic Cultist's summoning, illusionary clones, and magic are enough to overwhelm sans. Flight and teleportation help his maneuverability too.
 
The Lunatic Cultist wins for obvious reasons. The Cultists powers would clearly overwhealm Sans. Not to mention, Sans lost to the Terrarian, The Cultist is as powerful as the Terrarian, if not more powerful.
 
Hmmm, this one was tough. But Lunatic Cultist wins because of his summoning, clones, and overall magic will just get sans killed eventually. Chara tired him out while fighting, the cultist's chaotic attitude will tire Sans out faster if those two fought.

With the Cultist surpassing 7 without any inconclusive votes, looks like the Cultist takes the cake, I feel the results should be added in sooner or later.
