Yu-Gi-Oh? Possible Deletion of Profiles

So I was going over some of the profiles but uh, they are worse than I thought in quality.

Examples Include:

  • Judgement Drago (He wasn't even in Duel Terminal??)
  • Sophia, Goddess of Rebirth (Not only did she not reset the world, the way she was going to do it was never stated, also the omnipresent?)
  • Yubel (Not only have the 3 Sacred Beasts never been stated to have a connection to the Egyptian Gods, her Low 2-C rating came from prep [She has to sacrifice quite a few people who personify negativity or a lot of normal people)
  • Constellar Sombres (She sealed Sophia, as far as I know, never actually physically fought her, but even then, look at those stats!)
  • Where did the FTL / MFTL stat even come from for most of the profiles?
As for most of the duelists,

  • Main Yugioh: Yugi's page should be changed just to Atem, Kaiba does not have the power to use 5-B Obelisk.
  • Yuya: 5-B Protagonist Scaling? Also, why his 2-C AP feat is technically accurate, the durability doesn't make sense, especially considering that everyone survived.
Considering how poorly justified they are and the possibility that they were wanked (Considering this verse' history with a certain banned member) I recommend deleting most of the profiles, with exceptions like Yubel or Atem (Yugi's current profile) which I will probably make another revision thread for.

NOTE: If you are new to the wiki, and by that I mean like 2 - 3 weeks, please don't comment here, instead comment on my wall or something, to avoid the possibility of socks clogging this up.

Profiles that will stay: - Blue-Eyes

- The Egyptian Gods (Though we will have to remove the second key of Obelisk since it is game mechanics)

- Yubel

- Atem

- Number 100

- Star Eater (Not really that notable but eh)

- Possibly Number 107

- Worm Zero just needs some editing

- Jack / Yusei

-Zarc

As far as Yubel goes, I don't remeber the sacrificing requirement at all. I thought it was because of her using Super Polymization to fuse 12 dimensions together into one.

But I could be wrong as I havent watched GX in a long time. More input is needed.

Oh then never mind. You made a good point and for now i'll agree with it until something else comes up.

Personally, im fine with any action taken regarding the profiles (whether they stay with input from more knowledgeable users of Yugioh to keep the profiles accurate as possible or get deleted due to the ladder not happening), so for now i'll observe and see what everyone else thinks.

I could be wrong but given SomebodyData found implications/evidence of Yubel needing to sacrifice certain beings in order to use Super Polymerization, wouldnt this be either useless in combat or Dueling Mechanics?

Reasons why I think this is because, for Dueling Mechanics, obviously you know of monsters needing to be sacrificed before a power can be used and for useless in combat, it is a prep move which probably still cannot apply.

Indeed as it is hard to say here as the timelines for all the Yugioh series has gotten complicated as times went go. We gonna need some serious expert in Yugioh as I am not well versed into the Yugioh series as I used to.

@Professor as far as I understand it, it is just useless for combat.

@Star what do the timelines have to do with this?

@Crop, well ignoring the fact that it is At least Planet level for a rumor, its durability is based on weird scaling and duel mechanics.

Hmmm, should I highlight this? We are basically talking about deleting most of an entire verse...

Yeah I agree, we should highlight this. And this thread wasnt getting much of a look at anyway so a highlight would make it more popular.

I agree that these profiles should probably be deleted unless there's someone who can come forth and write better explanations.

Apparently there is another thread that cause justification of Yubel to appear, not so sure if it will guarantee: https://vsbattles.com/vsbattles/419200

Another thing is the scans is show with the evidence. However the problem is the dimensions were assumed they are universe sized... okay. Yeah this is a huge problem.

@Kukui Apparently from what I remember, the Yugioh GX epsiodes, it was used in combat, but it never been used to fuse all dimensions, but fused Jaden and Yubel into one being correct?

Edit: I assume it was wanked for some reason.

It doesn't seem to be wanking, just listing normal abilities.

I would think that it would be normal universe sized considering these were just universes.

@SD Is there anyone knowledgeable enough to make any justification for the stats, who maybe willing to write better explanations?

Well yeah, the rating is correct afterall, it just needs to be mentioned that prep is needed.

@Colonel Not that I'm aware of, as for feats, most of them don't have much either (Which makes this even more confusing as it would suggest that these stats were the children of wank, lies, and bad scaling) thus, even with an expert, it wouldn't change much.

@SD No specific timeframe was mentioned for this feat considering how that goes, but since it does still need to be sacrifices to work. I am fine with prep time if you think it is that way.

I see

Well, you have convinced me enough to say that the relevant profiles need deleting.

I suppose that deleting them might be an idea. However, how many profiles are we talking about here?

He did appeared in the DT, and got a pretty proper explainatio

"The greatest weapon of the "
Lightswor
" who judges criminals of crimes both large and small, with equal disdain. With incredible power that mows down everything in its path, "Judgment Dragon" is capable of crushing an entire nation by itself."

I dont see any problem about Worm Zero's profile o3o

After all, there's an offical mat featuring him devouring the country/continent

Zero" is reported to be consuming the other "
Worms
", growing stronger and stronger. Swallowing everything, it kills from merely moving, and the tribes could no longer hide their despair.

Desciption that took on the same page of Judgement Dragon's description o3o/

I'm currently watching Yugioh ARC V. Looking at Yuya's profile, the 2-C part for being Zarc is actually correct since his battle against Ray split a single universe into four universes and did so again during his revival. I'm not sure about the durability part since almost everyone involved is unscathed.

Yuya's powerscaling from other heroes, however, needs to be redone, especially since there's nothing supporting it. The Jack Atlas he dueled with is actually from an alternate universe. He isn't the one from 5D's, so his stats are likely different especially since there's no mention of the previous Yugioh protagonist.

For the first series, the scaling for Zorc eclipse is correct. For the second series the scaling is made by Nightshrouder eclipse and Yubel hax. For the third series Yusei was indeed collapsing a nearby star and survived a supernova. For the fourth series we have Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon statements and Don Thousand, who is capable of creating planets and planned to fuse two words and lastly Number 100. For the fifth series we have Zarc, who splitted a single universe into four universes.

If Galaxy Eyes Tachyon Dragon was rumored to be able to destroy Large Planets, wouldn't that make it "Possibly 5-A" instead? Also, shouldn't its AP scale to its durability?

Also, we might want to inform Lance Tennant of this thread. Off the top of my head he's the only knowledgeable guy on Yu-Gi-Oh.

Okay. Feel free to inform him about this.

@Star

The first key on it says it can destroy Large Planets, but the tier is only 5-B. Also, like I said, the durability should scale to its striking strength.

Also, is this canon? Because I can do a quick calc of that.

Im iffy on the creating planets part. Is there a given timerame for G.E.T.D doing that? Some characters are in the same boat as him, stated to create planets, but we don't always rate them 5-B or 5-A. Also another key factor: It wasnt stated he created them. It was rumored that he did, which could either be real or just folk-lore. And its hard to tell which lore in the Yu-Gi-Oh verse is true and false given the lack of feats for the monsters real counterparts and not their hologram ones we see in duels (I think?).

Same thing for Don Thousand. Planning to fuse 2 worlds (planet or universe?) doesnt automatically mean you did or are even capable of doing.

@Dark It is quite possible the ones who created and edited the page may have put the reasoning in the wrong key. I could look up feats for these guys as I have some time to do so.

Yes, 5DS is canon as well.

@Magi That's not Duel Terminal tho ovo, Duel Terminal is the first 2 files, everything else is the history of their respective monsters (Though it could be that they too exist in Duel Terminal world, it could also be the Spirit World but enough about that). Anyways judging by how it is worded, I don't think it would warrant 6-B as "crushing" is definitely not the same as destroying.

@Magi and Darkanine As for Worm Zero, a playmat doesn't really have any weight here. Especially when the other depictions show him as 7-B sized.
