The pen is mightier than the sword, and that is exactly what these two combatants will be using! Limited only by their imagination, these two will have to fight with their words instead of their fists! Who will come out on top in this battle of the letters?!

The battle takes place in a small room with a door that leads to a outside flat grassland. Both know about each other's abilities and can see stands.

Round 1: speed equalized. It takes maxwell and Rohan one second to write something down.

Round 2: no restrictions.

Bonus round: Three way between Rohan, maxwell, and light from death note.

Who wins and why?

R1: Maxwell via versatility, Maxwell can create things while Rohan can only manipulate living things(and ghosts) with Heaven's Door

R2: Maxwell again for the same reasons

R3: Maxwell could just nuke the area, write "Dead" on both of them, put "Immobile" on Light so he doesn't write anyone's name (If he even knows their names)

Basically Maxwell haxstomps every round
 
Rohan can just write something inside maxwell like "I do not have any creative writing skills" or "I cannot pick up any writing utensils" or better yet "I will not create anything to harm kishibe rohan" what can maxwell do then besides give up?
 
This depends on the distance and if Maxwell can see Heavens Door (which he can via verse equalization) and Rohan has to get to Maxwell because of Heavens Door's range, while Maxwell can just stand there and write "Nuclear Bomb" and win
