Well, one is weaker but has good hax and the other is stronger but lacks hax

Both are bloodlusted

They fight on a random street

Vol 1-3 Yang Xiao Long

Jotaro post Part 3

Edit: Speed equalized

Jotaro Kujo

Yang Xiao Long

Jotaro-Kujo JJBA
Yang 3

Woah bro, no speed equalized? This is a blitz for Jotaro. Time Stop and MFTL+ OraOra barrage will end Yang faster than she can blink.

Jotaro may be weaker but he still takes its, selective intangibility, possible time stop due to bloodlust and heart stop via aforementioned intangibility.

@Morlock435, In Part 4 it was still CB like it was in Part 3, but in Part 6 it got dropped down to Below Average level because of White Snake's disc stealing powers IIRC

Thank you, ok so if that selective intangibility does what I think it does (haven't watched Jojo) and bypasses durability, I think jotaro takes this. His time stop though I don't think will be effective. Since it is stated that his damage doesn't stack onto eachother in the time stop he just won't do enough damage to yang to hurt her with speed equalized. If I am wrong about how his selective intangibility works however, and it doesn't bypass Dura, then Yang takes this.

@Morlock435, well to clear the intangiblity up, at the end of Part 3 in two different instances, Jotaro used Star Platinum to stop his own heart and to start the heart of his dying grandfather via making SP phase through bodies.

Alright, then I say jotaro takes it. He does have to do it in the time stop though otherwise yang just instagibs him. Basically the fight has to start with the time stop and end during it or else jotaro gets insta ko'ed. Of course, that means jotaro would have to use this move first, and if he doesn't than he loses.

welp i'mma give it to Jotaro via speed advantage and time stop plus intangibility works to stop her heart. So he has my vote

Speed is equalized in this matchup.

Jotaro takes it via time stop though.

Jotaro timestops and crushes Yang's skull. Her semblence wouldn't do anything when her brain is comepletely destroyed.

Star Platinum can most likely catch or deflect Ember Celica's projectiles.

Even with equal speed, Star Platinum's timestop and overall strength should take this.

Although I do think jotaro takes this, in no way can start platinum do that. He would be one shot. He only wins from time stop into intangibility.

Ok wait a minute. I was under the assumption that Jotaro's time stop accumulated damage. Apparently it doesn't. How can he damage her if he's ~10 times weaker than her?

Intangibility, time stop, and punches that bypass durability vs someone who literally just punches? Yeah this is a hax stomp...

There's only one reason why Yang lost........

"You pissed me off..."

Basically Jotaro wins via bloodlust and since he probably wouldn't go for any of that in character against someone he'd think is a normal human

Yang wins, Jotaro lacks the ap to make his small time stop of any real use and has never used his selective intangibility to defeat someone.

That's really a poor argument to make for any character really.

Why didn't Dabura turn Buu into stone?

The reason is because it would make for a boring and unsatisfying ending. Plus Star Platinum has shown the ability to reach inside of people and grab onto their hearts. There's zero reason as to why Jotaro wouldn't be able to use that offensively, other than convienence for the story.

@SD @AN That technique is deadly, and Jotaro obviously doesn't seem to want to kill, so he wouldn't use it. The only one he wanted to kill was Dio, but that wouldn't have worked due to Regen.

Besides, the whole point of Jojo fights in Part 3 usually is getting Jotaro close enough to beat down the opponent. He usually doesn't even have the occasion to do so.

Yang has pretty terrible stamina compared to Jotaro. For comparison, Jotaro was able to speed blitz Killer Queen on the brink of death whilst Yang was instantly dispatched when her arm was cut off. Even if Jotaro is unable to finish Yang off with the first time stop, it's definitely going to be affecting her performance on a significant level.

Also, what speed are both combatents now? Because if both are at Yangs level of speed, it's still possible for Jotaro to throw out thousands of punches during his time-stop. And I'm pretty sure that at the very least it's going to tear out limbs/break bones.

@AN and Saikou, I see, then for that reason and the stamina issue that Austrian-Man-Meat brought, I'll have to change it, to Yang.

Although I do want to bring something up about the time stop, and while that would have some impact on Yang, it won't be enough to break body parts, mostly just bruises and pain.
