Bill Cipher VS SCP Yaldabaoth

Wow, that was fast... Maybe we should get some more feats before we start using the SCP High 1-Cs
 
2480 has Reality Warping and Higher-Dimension Manipulation, while Bill also has those two abilities, is resistent to Reality Warping, and has a lot of other abilities, such as Matter Manipulation, Illusion Manipulation, Low-Godly Regenerationn, Immortality, Soul Removal, etc. So, I'm going with Bill in this one.

We don't have much to go by besides powerscaling and existing outside a multiverse with 10D entities with it, and thus being 11D.

2480 doesen't have those listed, but it should have soul manip and more via powerscaling, as it created all other SCPs.

His article only mentions Reality Warping and Higher-Dimensional Manipulation.

So, it is incomplete? I think it should at least be finished before being used in a debate, but, anyways, this may change later, but in the way it is right now, Bill gets this.
 
Never remembered Bill Cipher creating anything directly... other then madness. I don't know I'm still not convinced but I'm sure I'm wrong.
