Esdeath vs Bang

Well, Esdeath would likely get outclassed in close combat, and while she would likely relish it or something, she would have the common sense to use her superior range to her advantage and pelter Bang with several attacks and wear him down over the course of the battle. And she also has Pseudo Flight so she could take to the air and use attacks like her ice meteors. And well, Mahapadma.
So, I vote for Esdeath.

How would he touch her when she takes to the air or stays away from his range? And when she stops time, she can basically do anything she wants to him. How's Bang going to counter that?

Which is why I'm actually questioning why the OP made this thread. Alongside the lack of any similar themes aside from stats. In fact they didn't even need to equalize speed.
This is like putting a Tier 7 character with a bit of knowledge on martial arts, against someone who's Tier 7 and has a massive haxx and range advantage.
Edit - That's why I had to rely on imagining Esdeath to be on a lower tier than Bang to make it even slightly more fairer than it is. Kinda a stomp in that regard isn't it?

Bang really doesn't have much he can do against Esdeath's Ice Manip, Flight, Time Stopping, she may even make that Commander in Chief whatever to make the match even more in her favor by creating the perfect battleground.
And let's not forget that Esdeath was shown to be able to freeze some of her opponents instantly when they tried to attack her directly so that might be another problem for Bang here.
Esdeath should take. Dunno if it's stomp, though, so I won't comment on the matter.

Bang has more of a chance now and he dealt with energy manipulation before. He could just repel the icicle spam.

I stand with my ice spam counter argument. Although flight really puts the damper on things. Unless Esdeath tires out fast... Well Bang is gonna have to rely on redirecting those ice attacks back to her.
