This is a thread to report profiles and pages, that users come across, that are sorely lacking in justifications, have poor formatting, are almost empty of content, or are otherwise unacceptable by our wiki's standards.

Please report any such profiles to this thread to see if the profiles are liable for deletion, or if they can be revised with help from the staff or regular members.

It should be noted that while regular users can report poorly made profiles, or make a quick note that they are able to help out with fixing a faulty page, only staff members are allowed to discuss whether or not they should be deleted, as othervise this thread would quickly turn unmanageable from the sheer number of responses.

However, if you would like to contribute to the conversation, please leave a message on a staff member's wall.

I would like to report Jimy Neutron's page, everything on the page is just "Unknown" with only one invention listed.

@Hop i can do a quick runthrough of his inventions, iirc he build spaceships that can cross the galaxy in days
 
I request Ditto due to well, it VARIES. All bad jokes aside Ditto is nothing more than a copycat who, when transforms copies almost everthing minus hp of its opponent if im not mistaken, which could be a big disadvantage depending on it's and it's opponents health. Further more there is just not enough imformation to rank Ditto as a stand alone character. Bassiclly Ditto is nothing without it's adversary.

Reasonable enough, Hop used to watch the show years ago. Doesn't he have a beam or ray gun of some sort at all times? Or some form of gadget?

Anni from Dragon Ball should be deleted. She is a non-important filler character who only appears in one episode and is never mentioned again. On top of that she isn't popular like the moie characters, and never appears in any games or dragon ball media.

She has reasonable stats so she is fine.

This is an indexing wikia so his viability in vs battles is not our first priority.

This is for deleting profile pages, not Wikia profiles. We can't really delete Wikia profiles (other then deleting their user pages), you'll need to contact Wikia itself about that AFAIK.
 
I'd just like to make a request to have this be a candidate for checking.

Toujou Basara

This profile is very much empty sans that of tabbed pictures, powers and abilities, and standard equipment. That and his verse, Shinmai Maou no Testament (Testament of Sister New Devil) is the same, and is even misnamed.

It was made July 30, 2016, with unreasoned stats and was only edited since then by mods for the addition of categories and putting his stats at unknown across the board.

That's my reasoning, not because I loathe its existence due to the bad plot and the excessive barely plot-relevant fanservice.
 
I hate to butt in guys, but would you mind taking the stat discussions elsewhere? I don't want to clog up this thread.
 
Ryouga is an extremely obscure page with poor justification for the stats. Destroying a weapon by no-selling the attack doesn't translate to AP.
 
Obscurity kind of matters? Doesn't Ant and the other admins say we do well known verses with enough evidence and data out there for us to make a completed page?
 
Personally, I don't care if the profile stays or goes. It ruined the flow of the "Trainers" section anyway. But take a look at these verses. If they're not related to Nasu, Masada, the seagull series, or Demonbane, they're very obscure.
 
The Golovachov-verse is not only a strictly Russian novel, but also an obscure Russian novel. If that doesn't qualify as "too obscure", I don't think anything with profiles will.
 
Does Ryouga ever fight someone who can harm him? Because then his AP is justified.

One thing that is odd though, is that the profile attributes the same feat as dura for his first key, and AP on his second.

I apologize if the work seems sloppy. I wasn't particularly invested in the series and didn't read past the first few chapters since I just wanted to make it look somewhat presentable. In addition, only a handful of chapters have been released thus far: the first ten chapters and the last three chapters, with nothing in between. These are the most concrete feats I could find without resorting to asking for calcs.

I'll go through the few chapters I can find to find anything more solid, but I really don't have a lot to go on.

I'm also against deleting profiles because of obscurity. One profile I made, Arago Hunt, has a good deal of feats and such, but I highly doubt that more than a handful of people are aware of its existence.
 
I don't think profiles should be deleted for being obscure, though. Notability is relative. To some people, games like Phantasy Star and Musashi are utter classics, and others have never even heard of them.

As long as a series is official, it should be okay to keep around.
 
I'd argue that a lot of "obscure" manga/anime/visual novels simply aren't known in english circles and are likely only popular in Japan, so "no one knows about them on the wiki" doesn't seem to be a good excuse imo.
 
Thing is, a large amount of site views comes from western countries. I'm not just saying "Murica", but Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Western Europe, Russian speaking places. And while yeah, a handful of us are from eastern places, that's not the majority. So they are pretty obscure for this website's viewers.

Also, @SD. Did you mean that in terms of obscurity, ReBURST is less obscure than some of the VNs, or that ReBURST is less opposite-of-obscure compared to some of the VNs.
 
Considering that I've only heard about ReBurst on this site and a YouTube video discussing the weirdest and most obscure parts of the Pokemon merchandise...I think it's pretty obscure. Not deletion worthy though.
