Both are at high 1-c peak.

No preperation.

Takes place in an endless, white void with multiple portals that can bring the characters to just about any universe. The difference is that the unviverses are completely empty of all their characters.

Bill Cipher imo

Megatron isn't that haxxed for a tier 1 character. Literally his only decent ability is anti-matter manipulation(?).

Dude, did you even read Megatron's profile? At 1-C he is an omnipotent being that has the power of time eating being Hytherion stored inside him(which gives him the ability to manipulate time, space, reality and dimensions on multiversal+ scales) plus every power of his infinite incarnations, including the ones that manipulate anti-matter freely, all as a part of him. Megs takes this fair and square.

I fail to see how constantly being able to fight off other high 1-c creatures like himself off plus being capable of tracking down any sort of changes in time-space and tracking them down immideately while erasing his own presence and leaving no tracks of his presence anywhere is not impressive.

Thing is, any Tier 1 character is beyond space-time, matter, distance or anything by default (unless they're only Tier 1 via some sort of hax) so that feat isn't particularly impressive by itself (erasing one's own presence is pretty cool, though, not gonna lie).

Not saying Megatron is gonna get stomped, I think he'll put up a good fight, but I think Bill will eventually overwhelm him with his superior hax abilities.

Alright, seems reasonable enough.

I agree with Dark. Bill's high versitality of powers and godly Regenerationn will eventually overwhelm Megatron.

Sorry for my rudeness but i'm starting to get bother of this type of "arguments", it's just take away the fun at VS debates.

On topic, Bill take this due to Dark's reasons.
