The Specter Vs Homura Akemi

Assuming you are referring to peak 2-A Spectre vs peak 2-A Akuma Homura

then

1. The Spectre decides to send Homura Akemi to Hell. Homura is a devil so... nothing?

2. Homura has magic resistance and soul manipulation resistance against Spectre's magic and soul manipulation

3. Time, Reality, and Memory, and mind manipulation can easily counter precognition

4. Power drain vs Spectre, noted for rarely qualifying for 2-A

5. Concept manipulation and acausality vs reality warping

6. Spectre weak to sufficient magic force, against a magic-type character

7. Attempting to trap a bloodlusted insane character

imo, Homura stomps in level of power and also counters Spectre perfectly.
 
I removed the bloodlust from Homura to make it a bit more fair.
 
Akumura seems to make a good point about Homura's advantages. If this is deemed a fair match I'd give it to her.
 
Personally, I don't think the removal of Homura's bloodlust matters. It's basically a fight of a mid-high 2A who perfectly counters a low 2A that lacks hax.

P.S. @ryukama My user is Akumura (which may or may not stand for Akuma Homura but I'm definitely totally not biased) not Akumara

I'd probably also give it to Homura. Her abilities seems on a higher scale than guy guy Specter.
 
@Yomi No one above has voted for Spectre. Do you have any reasons for him though?
 
Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I think you can't say he is that strong because of the DC power scaling rules?
 
Pretty old thread but i'll go ahead and give my vote. I say Homura from statements above. It seems she outhaxs Spectre by the looks of it.
