The flash is too fast for sonic here, while Hyper sonic has the advantage of movement speed, he has chance of tagging him at all. Not to mention the fact flash has the ability to siphon his speed and double his own I'm got to go with the flash here.

Flash can renew his stamina with the speed force, so it's a null point, meaning you should drop it.

The Speed Force
-Increases Speed
-Can give the user greater mass by building it up (and by extension his striking power)
-It can be used to vibrate molecules (granting intangibillity)
-It can be used to phase out an opponents organs (great for chars with higher dura such as martian manhunter or even better Superboy Prime)
-It can be used to throw people into the speed force, or BFR.
It has more uses but those are the ones off the toppa my head.
