So, due to some controversy surrounding the Goku vs Sailor Neptune battle, it is for the best that I remake this battle again.

It is quite close tho, both are 3-B and both have the same speed

Neptune has a slight edge on hax (pregonition, paralysis, illusions). But I think Goku can overcome it if he is quick enough and doesn't let her prepare

although Goku does have "At least 3-B+" AP and Dura compared to Neptune's "3-B+" AP and just 3-B durability, which would make me lean towards Goku in terms of that, but i will wait for more input.

Would Neptune's mirror be a hax related ability, or would it be a durability related feat? If Goku is strong enough, he may be able to break Neptune's barriers.

@Crop: I believe this is the original thread regarding Goku vs Neptune.

Now then, I need to make sure if Sailor Neptune = Sailor Mercury, or Neptune > Mercury. This is rather important because if Neptune is much stronger than Mercury, we probably would know the reason why the original match between Goku and Neptune was removed.

It's hax, nothing we've seen in series have been able to damage it.

It was removed because of crying. Goku's losses are removed because the writers of DB have no concept beyond punch and throw energy.

Fight should have never been removed. Last thread's reasoning was fine, but here is a short recap:

She can reflect attacks

She can create illusions to fool Goku and tire him out

She is strong enough to hurt him

Personally, believe her water manipulation is unique enough compared to what Goku has faced to perhaps throw him off, admittedly, probably a stretch on my part

While her Precognition doesn't have great combat applications, I don't think it's something to outright ignore. It could, given time and strategy, prove useful

Even without a speed advantage, she takes this. Albeit with slightly more difficulty. 7/10 in Neptune's favor.

I'll go with neptune, Submarine Reflection will show goku's weakness, coupled with her illusions, barriers and her teleportation wich is better than goku's.

Goku wins with higher AP and durability. And goku will pull out a destructo disk to kill her if he's bloodlusted.
