Well Goku leads with hand 2 hand but he out skills right off the bat. But Seiya can atomize I think. Whats the AP for Seiya?

I tried finding Seiya's AP, but I just got loops of scaling. A character called Apollo can destroy Universes with a Word and is stronger than 2 other broken characters, but I think Pegasus explicitly scales below this.

Lol, I actually believe BoG Goku can be either 3-A with 2-C range or 2-C, UIO1 Goku is straight 2-C to me though.
