Infinite 4-D power and so on

Infinite 4-D would probably be 2-A

Infinite 5-D and 6-D would be infinitely beyond baseline Low 1-C

Etc

Is there anyone in fiction who has a feat of destroying an infinite number of infinite sized universes on a 4-D scale in one shot?

Actually according to the new tiering system, Infinite 4 dimensional power (or affecting a similar sized space) is Low 2-C without further context. Infinite 5-D would just be baseline Low 1-C and so on and so forth.

Then what is 2-A then?
Destroying an infinite number of causally and/or spatially isolated infinite four dimensional spaces or spacetimes.

Technically speaking anyone who currently qualifies for 2-A via their own feat has already done that since we now assume that singular universes are infinite on a 4 dimensional scale by default.
