Paper Mario tried to join Smash

The Mario verse's range is weird and probably needs some revisions eventually.
But until then, Paper Mario is horribly outranged. He has some interesting abilities with his battle cards like manipulating stats and even a timestop, but I don't know if the timestop lasts long enough to be a deciding factor while Master Hand is able to fly and fight from such a decent range.
I think MH's ability to becoming intangible, fly, and be WELL out of Paper Mario's range is too much for the 2-D hero for now.
Voting Master Hand, but willing to change vote if there's a Mario range revision OR if someone can tell me how potent Paper Mario's Reality Warping is, I don't remember what he did that gave him that.

The only way I can see Paper Mario win this is via transmutation.
