Seems like Copen hax stomp/ap stomp from a quick glance at the profiles. How does Garou deal with intangibility?

Intangibility is a big problem for Garou...oh thats just his second key? sorry didn't realise it was only his second key. Thought all Gunvolt characters where intangible. Whats Copens leading move?

Copen typically shoots with his gun, rams with his shield, and uses his various weapons taken from Adepts.
