Spoiler Thread: My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising

I mean, Deku and Bakugo beat Base Nine who can direct the lightning bolts, so they might as well have mhs speed.

Also Bakugo is way better than 8% Deku now. Like, horrendously better than him.

Speed and power. From what I've seen, Deku needs to go 20% (I think), while Bakugo is still fighting Nine in his base. Bakugo is keeping up with 20% Deku in both speed and strength, as both of them are able to push Nine's shields back pretty equally, and Bakugo can catch and call out to Deku while he's fighting at (possibly) 20%.

I think Bakugo even actually breaks Nine's shields by himself while Deku is fighting Nine's dragons.

Something 20% failed to do.

Nah let's not assume. Deku did go 20% before teaming up with Bakugo but we have no footage of that fight but I think at this point Bakugo is stronger than 8% Deku both in movie and in the manga.

When he goes all out, Deku punches at 100% and Bakugo uses Howitzer Impact.

They both get slapped away just from Nine powering up.

(Also further confirmation that Howitzer Impact doesn't need "oxygen" as he does it right next to a fire tornado)

@Sora Bakugo is very likely stronger than 8% since if Deku has been using 12% during their time with Endeavor Bakugo while cold is equivalent to that in speed

@King Oh so it's like that.

The movie was trying to suggest that Bakugo's Howerzirt Impact was comparable to Deku and I'd really like Deku,Bakugo, and Shouto to have a tier 7 move but I know we can't scale like that sadly.

Nine himself doesn't even hit them. He makes a fire tornado out of 3 other fire tornadoes, and they try to destroy it so it doesn't hurt everyone on the island. Deku charges up 100%, with the full "lights passing down the line" thing, an Bakugo charges up the Howitzer.

They hit and struggle against the tornado for like 15 seconds before getting blow away easily. And this is all before Nine starts really beating their faces in.

Maybe that misinformation will finally stop

Also guys did you Shouto doing that flip against the thing ? I don't think it's enough to give him acrobatics but it shows that he's indeed flexible.

Bakugo's "explosion roll" move is so strong holy hell. Base Nine got spooked and cLapped by it.

Though, I guess an explanation for Bakugo keeping up with higher percentage Deku would be that he's producing more sweat, so his explosions are getting stronger

It might not be enough for acrobatics, but it does show he is agile in cqc and won't just stand still spamming ice and fire all day.

Also, the fatality he did on that Chimera villain made me smile.

Iida should definitely get acrobatics, and is probably going to get upgraded as well. Idk how strong that Chimera villain he's fighting is, but Iida was really popping off.
