No clue for luffy so ill assume they are baseline intill someone comes.

Zilla scales to his Durability in his 1st key which is 3.6 Teras and in this key he is a bit stronger so ye

Anyway, Luffy outclasses badly.
 
If we're going by SBA, this is Fire Godzilla who passively gives off radiation strong enough to vaporize other low 6-Bs over the range of several kilometers
 
If that is the case I can just change it to normal Zilla

Yeah, the slight AP advantage isn't enough to prevent Luffy from dodging everything, tossing Goji around, outranging and outskilling far.
 
Even without fire godzilla goji still gives off enough radiation to fry people in a few seconds

If Zilla is a character who is gonna stomp everyone else imma have to disqualify them.

As of now they don't have aura on their profile though.
 
Luffy should take this. He's more agile and godzilla is an easy target due its gigantic size. i believe he could somehow endure the heat wave and king kong gun godzilla to the ground
 
Godzilla might be too much for the bracket depending on how overpowered their aura is
 
I will go on with this match assuming they don't have an aura due to it not being on the profile
