Ok... Let's just get ti the point:

Why is Tatsumi Low 7-C via scaling from Esdeath, while Esdeath is Low 7-B via scaling from Tatsumi, who is scale from Shikoutazer?
 
Tatsumi is probably the one scaled from Shikoutazer due to fighting it directly. Esdeath is scaled from Tatsumi from forcing him into a corner without going all out and while her power was being sapped from maintaing her Ice Cavalry.
 
Thinking about it, that's way to big of a jump for casualness. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's several megatons difference.
 
It is pretty huge. Correct me if I'm wrong though, Tatsumi originally scaled from Esdeath y fighting her directly, hence the Small Town level stat for his Evolved Incursio, while Esdeath scales up to Tyrantsumi's Small City level for being supposedly the strongest in the manga.

Low 7-C Small Town 1 Kiloton to
5.8 Kilotons


Low 7-B Small City 1 Megaton to
6.3 Megatons
 
I agree. Either Esdeath should be "At least Low 7-C", or Tatsumi upgraded to "Low 7-B", depending on Shikoutazer's values.
 
Esdeath originally had a calc that put her at Low 7-C. We powerscaled Tatsumi to her, having fought with her on somewhat equal terms. The Low 7-B we scaled to her as she still matched her in fighting before the second evolution.

Tatsumi became Small City after deflecting Shikoutazers shot at him, which was not a long time after Esdeaths and Tatsumis latest fight.

Esdeath matched the Incursio infused Tatsumi (Small City) with ease while having her power drained from controlling Ice Calvary.

Unless shown otherwise, she is the strongest in the series. Her Small Town feat was shortly after getting her Teigu, many years ago from the current standing. It's not unlikely for her to be Small City level at all. Especially if she is the strongest in the series, bar Shikoutazer. Unless we see otherwise, Esdeath should stay at what she is at.
 
Well, it is unlikely that she is 1000 times stronger than Tatsumi. That is not how we scale.

She could be. She could not be. For all we know she could be on Shikoutazer level. We haven't seen her go all out yet. And I never said she's stronger. But I did say she is at the very least equal with Tatsumi.
 
As such, she should get an "At least" rating for Tatsumi's level, as I think tends to be our standard practice.
 
Yes you should not be scaling Esdeath to Winged Tatsumi yet and even if we end up doing it we would need to revise several things for it to make sense.

"Strongest in the manga" is not really a thing when evolution is being used + Shikotazer was an unknown.

We're not scaling her to that form yet, as he probably got a power boost from it. We're scaling her to pre Second Evolution Tatsumi
 
So, does anybody want to change Esdeath's statistics according to the above specifications?
 
Well, being honest...i see almost no difference between Evolved Incursio 1 & 2. (Except for the wings)

Evolved Incursio 2 has Zero feats. (Until the next chapter comes out)

I mean, even evolved Tatsumi at the beggining of this final battle (The same that has been fighting directly against the Shikoutazer) fought against Esdeath, even he was not sure of being able to defeat her; One could say that she wasn't fighthing at her full potential.

So basically, yeah Esdeath pretty much scales IMO.
 
I thought I said we're scaling her to Tatsumi before the second evolution. She fought on par with the small city version of Tatsumi.

Tatsumi scaled to her in their first fight after evolution. Esdeath scaled to Tatsumi when he was able to deflect a shot from shikoutazer.
 
Therefore, we remove the scaling from Esdeath.

AP: Building level (Why no explanation?) | Large Building level (Why no explanation?)| Small City level (Deflected a shot from Shikkoutaizer) | Unknow

Keys: Base | Incursio | Evolved Incursio | Winged Incursio

The last key is not really required to be put on the profile yet.

As for Esdesu, if we keep her above Tatsumi because she was fighting him while expending energy sending ice centaurs, then yeah, she'd be scaled to him.

AP: At least Small City level (Was heavily pressuring Evolved Incursio Tatsumi while expending energy for her ice army)

First of all; Why the Shikoutazker has a Durability of Small City level?

Answer: Probably, when someone added the links for the Small City Blast was also added as Durability. The Shikoutazer at base was shaken by a mere punch of Evolved Incursio Tatsumi.

Therefore, Base Shikoutazer should be Small Town level (Durability)

About the "Purge Mode", it's more durable than before. Tanked a punch of Evolved Incursio Tatsumi without a scratch. So, Should be around Town level.

The Small City level durability doesn't have any justification.

Uh Kami, Shimoutazer is Small City because he tanked a punch from Tatsumi who deflected a shot from Shikoutazer at him.

Tatsumi took down a building sized Danger Beast | Should be stronger than base and said that he could only take down a Evil Bird if he had that equipped | Should be Small Town level for matching Esdeath and Budo | This is the infused version right before he evolved as this is really when he is fusing with Tyrant and deflected a shot from Shikoutazer | Winged version as you said is unknown.

Then those reasonings should be added.

Remove the Small Town level as that is overwritten by the better feat of deflecting a Small City level attack, it is still under Evolved Tatsumi anyway.
