Okuyasu knows he shouldn't try and tank Ashley's blast, and Ashley has some vague idea of an invisible punchy dude that's somewhere

Okuyasu kinda gets wrecked here

If he uses the hand to bring them close enough to erase, that just means Ashley can blast off and immediately kill him, but it's unlikely he'd do that considering the one time he used the hand to scrape away the space between him and an opponent, he just used it to punch them over and over until they ducked and Okuyasu took a flower pot to the face

Ashley generally has a more useful power and actual skill with it
 
Well she doesn't usually just point at someone and instantly kill them, and she can't take a hit from his stand.
 
SBA says the option is wide open. I'm not sure if the unspoken rules would compel her in this situation, especially considering she sometimes just outright killed in her hayday in spite of it.

If anything, Okuyasu is probably going to hold back and not instantly pummel her due to his mix of morality and stupidity that makes up his character
 
Damsel 1 didn't really kill that much before S9. She had 3 people and 1 giant, with 2 of the people killed being by mistake. Granted even damsel 2 killed BoB because she was getting aggravated and sba does let her do it so I don't think she'll just try and kick him forever despite his dura, I just don't think she's gonna just jump forwards and delete him.
 
I really don't think she has that low of a killcount considering how quick she was to killing
, that's just all we see on screen.
 
When she tells Licit "I've killed people" to try and scare him off he just responds with "I know, I'm sorry". If she had been killing other people than her parents which were known to be due to a trigger event, I doubt that he'd respond like that or that the PRT would keep trying to reach out to her.
 
With her power it's hard to tell how responsible she is for it, or to collect evidence if she's really motivated, considering she absolutely tore up the scene of her killing someone in story
 
She had been tracked by the PRT. Plus this was pre gold morning so the unspoken rules were still a thing. She notes in eclipse how much easier it woild be to win against either soldat or new wave if she could just shoot at them, which doesn't exactly paint her as the killing type. She's also too unstable and longing for attention to cover up her hypothetical crime scene. She just left Blasto's giant split in half in the road, and with the other guy who got killed was destroying everything because she's already emotionally unstable and that whole ordeal was a breakup point, not to cover him up.
